Ryobi Recalls Table Saws: Ryobi America Corp. is recalling 150,000 table saws, including some sold under the Sears Craftsman label, because switches supposed to lock them in the “off” position may not work, the government said. The 75-pound saws have 10-inch blades and a sliding miter table. The Consumer Product Safety Commission said they were sold by home centers and hardware and Sears stores with the following names and model numbers: Ryobi BT3000 and Sears Craftsman Model 315.22185. They have been sold in home centers and hardware stores nationwide since May 1991, and Sears began selling the Craftsman model in July 1994. Owners should contact Ryobi, based in Anderson, S.C., at (800) 867-9624, to have a replacement switch installed at no cost.
