Santa Ana Child Found in Pool Dies
SANTA ANA —
A 1-year-old boy died Sunday after having been found floating face down in the family swimming pool Saturday.
Darice Taafua died about 10 a.m., according to a spokeswoman for UCI Medical Center in Orange.
Police said the boy wandered out of his mother’s bedroom through an unlocked sliding glass door about 10 a.m. while she slept.
