Oxnard Man Named to Travel Writers Board

Bob Carter of Oxnard was selected to serve a two-year term on the board of directors of the New Jersey-based North American Travel Journalists Assn.

Carter is the author of several books and destination guides. His articles and columns appear in a variety of newspapers and magazines.
