CLOVERDALE--An enormous paddle wheeler will be among works made entirely of citrus fruits at the Cloverdale Citrus Fair, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday through Monday. Exhibits, some up to 18 feet tall, are each made of 90 dozen citrus fruits or more. There will be live rock music, a carnival, and food and crafts for sale. KERNVILLE--Ropers and riders will bring the Wild West to life Friday through Monday during Whiskey Flat Days. Events include a rodeo at 1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Scodie and Tobias streets. Food and crafts sales, a petting zoo, pony rides and other activities will be held at two parks at Kernville and Tobias streets; 9 a.m.-10:30 p.m. daily; 9 a.m. to noon Monday. DANA POINT--The Festival of the Whales kicks off next Saturday and Sunday with activities through March 2.
