Simulation Sciences Inc. said it has signed a multiyear contract with Hoechst Acetyls to provide plant performance software and services. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Simulation Sciences provides commercial simulation software and related services to the process industries. Hoechst Acetyls is a unit of Hoechst AG.
