Fan of Sam

Regarding your March 23 story “Local Flavor” about Hawaiian restaurants: Phyllis C. Richman implies that the line of tourists waiting to get into Sam Choy’s restaurant don’t know what they are doing. I have vacationed in Hawaii several dozen times, and she is way off base regarding Sam Choy’s. It is one of the great restaurants in Hawaii.
