Cushman Realty Names Senior Vice President
* Jeffrey L. Osborn has been named senior vice president at Cushman Realty Corp. Osborn, who is managing director of the Newport Beach office, had been vice president. He has 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in corporate headquarters and major office assignments.
* Scott Harlin has joined ATL Products Inc. in Irvine in the newly created position of public relations manager. He has 12 years of experience in high-tech public relations. In addition, Frank B. Cauchon has joined the company in the newly created position of director of project management. He had been with Boeing / Rockwell Space Systems, where he directed software- and systems-engineering efforts in robotics control.
* Michael Courtway has been named regional director-Orange County for Landmark Commercial Group in Costa Mesa, a division of the Festival Cos. Before joining Landmark, Courtway operated his own commercial real estate brokerage for 11 years.
* David K. Erickson has been elected to the board of directors of the National Investor Relations Institute. He is director of investor relations for PacifiCare Health Systems.
* John E. Webb has been appointed consulting operations manager for the Irvine office of McLaren / Hart Inc. He will focus on business development and client relations. Webb previously held business development management positions with OHM Remediation Services, Geraghty & Miller, and ENSR Consulting & Engineering.
* Thomas A. Viscounty has joined Southern California Bank as vice president / business development officer. He will be based in the Newport Beach office. Viscounty was formerly senior vice president / regional manager of the Beverly Hills office.
* Anil K. Puri has been elected to a five-year term as executive vice president of the Western Economic Assn. International. Puri is a professor and chair of economics at Cal State Fullerton.
* Art Banuelos has been named senior art director for Point B, a Newport Beach marketing and communications agency. He was previously a creative director and partner at Left Coast Design. In addition, Scott Beller was appointed creative services manager. His experience includes graphic production systems and systems analysis for American Magnetics, print production work for Toshiba Medical Devices, and a commercial web site for Hughes Data Systems.
* Bob Belton has been appointed head of Bozell Worldwide, Costa Mesa’s broadcast production department. He will direct the nine-member broadcast production staff and oversee all radio and television production for the agency’s clients. Belton is a partner in the firm.
* Dr. Brian Machado has been named director of cancer programs at Western Medical Centers in Santa Ana and Anaheim. He was formerly director of cardiovascular services at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center.
* Patricia Anastos has been named executive vice president and managing director of Wunderman Cato Johnson in Irvine. Anastos, who has been with the marketing communications agency for nine years, had been senior vice president.
* Mark Pick has joined Unisolve Inc. in Costa Mesa as director of sales. He was previously director of business development for Jones Business Systems in Houston. Pick has also been vice president of sales for Pick Systems in Irvine, national account manager for Unidata in Denver, and Western regional sales manager with General Automation in Irvine.
* Summer Heying has been named account executive for Morgan Marketing & Public Relations in Irvine. She joined the firm in 1996 as an assistant account executive after working as an account coordinator for Shafer Public Relations in Irvine.
* Richard A. Foster has been added to the board of directors of Security First Bank in Fullerton. Foster took an early retirement from Interstate Electronics Corp. in 1991.
* Wil Beach has been named a member of the executive committee of the board of directors of the Employers Group, an employer association dealing with human resource management issues. Beach is chief executive of Abbott Resource Group Inc. in Irvine.
* Alice E. Mack has been appointed vice president and SBA loan officer for Orange National Bank. She was most recently vice president and loan officer in the SBA loan division of Bank of Yorba Linda.
* Layna J. Browdy has been appointed director of investor relations and corporate communications for Amplicon Inc., a Santa Ana company that leases high-tech capital assets. She was formerly senior vice president and director of corporate communications for Financial Corporation of America and its principal subsidiary, American Savings and Loan Assn.
* Marcia Manker has been named chief operating officer of Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center in Fountain Valley. She had been vice president of operations. Before that, Manker was assistant administrator in charge of ancillary services at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center.
* Dawn D. Fleming has become a partner in the law firm of Frank B. Myers & Associates in Newport Beach, which will now be known as Myers & Fleming LLP. The firm limits its practice to international business transactions and mineral resource development.
* Lawrence D. Flores has been appointed senior loan officer for California Mortgage Service in Santa Ana. Before joining the company, he was wholesale area manager for Directors Acceptance Corp. Flores has also been senior vice president of retail / wholesale production for First Federal Bank, California regional sales manager for Advanta Mortgage USA, and senior vice president of residential loan productions for Pacific Savings Bank.
