The Traffic Safety Commission tonight will hold a public hearing on a proposed no-parking zone in front of John Tynes Elementary School before voting on the issue. The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District has requested that the city limit street parking to allow room for buses to load and unload students in front of the school, at 735 Standford Drive. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall meeting room, 401 E. Chapman Ave.
