Wine-tasting in Napa Valley and fireworks in San Francisco are part of the “California Wine Country Millennium Cruise” that leaves Dec. 29 from San Francisco. The cruise is aboard Cruise West’s Spirit of ‘98, which returned to service Aug. 28 after hitting a rock off Alaska in July.
