Free Concerts in the Park 2000 will begin Wednesday at Hart Park Bandshell, next to the Garden Grove Freeway and Glassell Street. The Orange Symphonic Band will perform marches, overtures, musicals and patriotic selections, and female vocalist Lark Romero will sing some swing band favorites. The concerts will run from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays until Aug. 9. Information: (714) 744-7274.
