Irvine College Gets Interim President
The vice president of instruction at Irvine College was named the school’s interim president Monday.
Glenn R. Roquemore, who has held a number of academic positions at the school, was chosen by trustees of the South Orange County Community College District to succeed Raghu P. Mathur, appointed this month as chancellor of the district, which includes Saddleback College.
Since 1990, Roquemore’s positions at Irvine Valley have included geology professor, chairman of the School of Physical Sciences and Technologies and dean of Advanced Technology.
