Hungry Lawyers
“Death Suit Names Utility,” Aug. 19: Of course, it’s always someone else’s fault. It is the utility company’s fault for having power lines. It’s the pool supply company’s fault for not having a dozen stickers on their equipment stating, “Do not touch power lines with this aluminum skimmer.” There will always be a hungry attorney to take a dumb case on consignment to go for the deep pockets.
