Suspect Held in Shooting Deaths of Two Men

A 24-year-old man was being held as a suspect in the shooting deaths of two 61-year-old men killed in the San Fernando Valley, police said Monday
Tu Luong Hua was arrested and booked on suspicion of murder Sunday by officers who responded to a shots-fired call in the 14600 block of Novice Street in Van Nuys at 4:50 a.m., said officer Lucy Diaz of the Los Angeles Police Department. The identities of the victims were not released.
