Gas Facility Reopens Days After Explosions

The country’s largest distributor of medical and industrial gas reopened Monday, days after a series of fiery explosions shut down the facility in north Sacramento.
Multiple explosions Friday at the Airgas facility forced evacuations of the plant and hundreds of nearby residents. The blaze engulfed 12 large fleet trucks and caused an estimated $2.5 million in damage.
