Crash Kills 3, Closes Interstate 15 for Hours

A four-vehicle crash killed three people Saturday and closed southbound Interstate 15, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident involved a tractor trailer and three passenger cars, the CHP said.
A 50-mile stretch of the highway between the Nevada border and Baker was closed shortly after 3:30 a.m. and remained shut down for at least six hours.
The accident was still under investigation.
