It is an easy stroll to downtown and only a few minutes’ drive to Nevada City. Owner Peter Franchino, a Burbank native, is a talented magician and, if you ask, he’ll perform some sleight-of-hand tricks for you. It’s the only B&B; I’ve visited more than once.” Doubles, with bath, $85 to $120.
