Flying J Acquires Longhorn Pipeline

Flying J Inc., a refinery operator and fuel distributor based in Ogden, Utah, said it bought Longhorn Pipeline Holdings of Houston.

The company did not provide terms of the deal. Flying J operates a refinery in Bakersfield.

The Longhorn pipeline carries refined products from Houston to a terminal in El Paso, Flying J said.
