Steve Ballmer, chief executive of Microsoft Corp., had $1.35 million in compensation for the 2008 fiscal year, a 5.5% annual increase.
Ballmer’s compensation included a salary of $640,833 and a bonus of $700,000, according to a regulatory filing.
