Trident Total time: 4 minutes Servings: 1 Note: A cocktail from the Tar Pit, by author Robert Hess, founder of the DrinkBoy website and the Chanticleer Society. 1 ounce Linie aquavit 1 ounce Dry Sack sherry 1 ounce Cynar artichoke liqueur 1 dash Fee’s peach bitters 1 dash orange bitters Lemon twist for garnish Pour the aquavit, sherry, Cynar and bitters into a mixing glass. Add ice, stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. Each serving: 188 calories; 0 protein; 13 grams carbohydrates; 0 fiber; 0 fat; 0 cholesterol; 11 grams sugar; 4 mg. sodium.
