Sports radio and television personality Colin Cowherd has listed his house in Manhattan Beach for sale at $3.339 million — roughly six months after buying the newly built home for $3.095 million.

Located in the area’s Tree Section, the two-story Traditional sits up from the street behind a slatted fence and has a small courtyard entry.

Family and living rooms, a formal dining room with a wine closet, five bedrooms and four bathrooms are within more than 3,700 square feet of white-walled space. A tiled backsplash, pendant lighting and a wide island/breakfast bar highlight the open-plan kitchen.

The second-floor master suite has a sitting area, a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. A set of French doors opens to a private balcony.

Outdoors, landscaped grounds include a small paver patio and a built-in barbecue. A three-car garage sits off a rear alley.
