Country superstars Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood have put their place in Malibu up for sale at $7.5 million.
The single-story ranch sits on about half an acre with beach access. Built in 1958, the remodeled house has vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, a skylighted kitchen, a family room, several fireplaces, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in 4,236 square feet of living space.
The grounds include lawn, an outdoor fireplace and a sports court.
Singer-songwriter Brooks, 52, is a two-time Grammy Award winner and an inductee into the Country Music Hall of Fame. His most popular albums include “No Fences,” “Ropin’ the Wind” and “Double Live.”
Yearwood, 46, has won Grammys for her vocal work on “How Do I Live,” “In Another’s Eyes” (with Brooks) and “I Fall to Pieces.”
The two bought the property in 2008.
Hat tip goes to Real Estalker for spotting the off-market posting.
Katrin Nicholson of the Agency has the pocket listing.
