Topher Grace seeks a buyer for Hollywood Hills West home

Topher Grace has listed a home in Hollywood Hills West for sale at $1.895 million.

Set on a cul-de-sac, the red-tile roofed home was built in 1938 and has been updated to open to the backyard swimming pool. The 1,779 square feet of open floor plan living space includes a center hall, breakfast and dining areas, a bonus room and two en suite bedrooms.

A covered patio and a built-in barbecue with a terrace complete the grounds.

The 36-year-old actor has kept busy since his days on “That ‘70s Show,” which ran from 1998 to 2006. His more recent credits include “The Big Wedding” (2013) and this year’s “Don Peyote.” He will be in the upcoming film “A Many Splintered Thing” and “The Calling,” a thriller starring Susan Sarandon, to be released Aug. 29.

Grace bought the property in 2006 for $1.595 million from actor Jesse Metcalfe, who had paid $1.275 million for it earlier that year. Hat tip goes to Trulia for spotting the listing.
