Genevieve Sabourin, a Canadian actress accused of stalking and harassing Alec Baldwin, was found guilty Thursday by a New York judge.

Sabourin, 41, was sentenced to six months in jail in addition to a month she’d already earned for contempt of court after making repeated outbursts while Baldwin was testifying, the Associated Press reported.

When she finally was invited to speak, the AP said, Sabourin told Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Robert Mandelbaum, “I haven’t done anything wrong. I’m innocent.” That echoed what she’d been telling members of the media assembled outside the courtroom during the trial, which saw an emotional Baldwin testifying on Tuesday.

The “30 Rock” actor and the woman agreed that they first met in 2000 while working on a movie, then had dinner together in 2010. At that point the stories diverged, however: She alleged a romantic encounter including sex at a hotel and romantic promises; he described a collegial meeting about her career that was done as a favor for a producer friend.

For two years after that dinner, Sabourin deluged Baldwin with emails and voicemail messages that grew progressively more threatening, he testified. She also attempted to contact him at two of his homes and at a movie screening he hosted at New York’s Lincoln Center.

Sabourin was arrested in April 2012 after attempting to see Baldwin at his East Village home. The building’s doorman testified that Hilaria Baldwin, Alec’s then-fiancee, told him Sabourin was a stalker and that she would call the police, according to CNN.

Sabourin maintained on the stand that she was only trying to get “closure” with the actor.
