NONLEAGUE

Corona del Mar 7, Montebello 3
Katya Eadington, Camille Hewko and Vivian Liao scored two goals apiece to lift host No. 4-ranked Corona del Mar (18-9), which led, 2-1, at halftime. Eadington scored both of her goals in the first quarter, Liao got her two scores in the third quarter, which ended with Corona del Mar leading, 5-2, and Hewko scored once in the third quarter and once in the fourth. Montebello (23-5), ranked No. 7 in the Southland by The Times, had a 15-game winning streak snapped.

INTERSECTIONAL

Newport Harbor 9, Coronado 6
Ashling Taylor had three goals, including two in the first quarter, as Newport Harbor (23-3), ranked No. 2 in the Southland by The Times, took an early lead and defeated San Diego Section power Coronado, 9-6, in an intersectional regular-season finale at Coronado.

With Taylor leading the offense and Kim Housepian making three saves in goal, the Sailors led, 5-1, at halftime and built an 8-1 advantage going into the fourth quarter.

Carolyn Conway scored twice at two meters and Terin Cottam made three saves in goal in the second half for Newport Harbor. Conway has a team-high 74 goals this season. Taylor has scored 26.

Coronado closed the final margin with five fourth-quarter goals, including two by Katie Estrada. Katherine Burt also had two goals for Coronado.

NONLEAGUE

Anaheim Canyon 12, Sonora 4
Courtney Mathewson had seven goals, nine steals and two assists to lead Canyon (18-10). Sonora is 10-14.

Corona del Mar 9, El Toro 2
Camille Hewko had three goals, two assists and two steals and Katya Eadington chipped in with two goals and five steals to lead visiting No. 4 Corona del Mar (17-9).

Irvine 7, Irvine University 6
Dana Parola scored a season-high six goals and goalkeeper Joanna Dai recorded eight saves to lift visiting Irvine (10-18). Irvine trailed 2-1 at the end of the first quarter, then tied the game 3-3 at halftime. At the end of the third quarter, Irvine led 6-5 and never gave up the lead for the rest of the game. This was Irvine’s last game of the season.

Los Alamitos 6, Long Beach Wilson 5
Jessica Lewis, Kelsei Sallade and Dayna Wawrzynski each had two goals and keeper Lauren Burke made 13 saves to lead visiting No. 6 Los Alamitos (20-8) over No. 5 Long Beach Wilson.

Redlands 6, Arlington 2
Janee Walsh had three goals and keeper Kendra Adama made six saves to lead Redlands (24-2). Courtney Davis made eight saves for Arlington.

Riverside Poly 21, La Serna 8
Junior center Sam Greenawalt and senior utility player Monique Blanchard each had five goals to lead No. 10 Riverside Poly (19-7, 8-0), which has already clinched the league title. Greenawalt has 64 goals on the season, while Blanchard has a team-high 114.

Claremont 9, Alta Loma 2
Elizabeth Lacey had four goals and keeeper Meghan Saavedra made 13 saves to lead host Claremont (14-12, 7-3) over Alta Loma (3-7 in league).

Upland 17, Rancho Cucamonga 8
Jenna Schuster scored six goals, Vanessa Lindsey had four goals and Bri Anderson added four assists for No. 8 Upland (25-3, 10-0), which led, 7-6, at the half. Tanya Torres had two goals for host Rancho Cucamonga (15-7, 7-3).

Peninsula 9, Mira Costa 1
Melissa Mueller scored four goals and Natalie Kim made seven saves to lead league-champion Peninsula (21-4, 4-0) over visiting Mira Costa (3-1 in league).

CHANNEL LEAGUE

Santa Barbara 16, Dos Pueblos 2
Santa Barbara finished the season with a record of 25-2, including an 8-0 mark in the Channel League. Heading into next week’s Division IV playoffs, the Dons have won 18 consecutive games since a 10-7 loss to Santa Ana Foothill in the Newport Habor/Corona del Mar tournament on Dec. 27.

FREEWAY LEAGUE

Troy 11, Sunny Hills 9
Amanda Calderon had four goals and Katie Taylor added three goals to lead Troy (21-3, 10-0) against visiting Sunny Hills (6-4 in league).

Monique Blanchard scored five goals and Amy Bickel had one goal and six steals for host No. 10 Riverside Poly (18-7, 8-0). Hemet drops to 2-6 in league.

Rebecca McCall scored three goals, including the game-winner with 1:32 left to play, to lead visiting Rosary (15-14, 2-1). Lakewood St. Joseph finishes 1-2 in league.

Mary Cousineau had four goals and Darby Anderson scored three to lead host No. 9 Santa Margarita (17-10, 3-0).

Brandy Bray had six goals, Brelyn Sanchez scored five and keeper Miriam Quintanilla made 12 saves to lead host El Rancho (25-3) over El Segundo (18-10).

Berlyn Sanchez had five goals and Miriam Quintanilla had seven saves in goal for host El Rancho (24-3, 5-0), which clinched the league title. La Serna is 2-3 in league.

DESERT VALLEY LEAGUE

Palm Springs 6, Cathedral City 5 (OT)
Mary Chatigny and Kim Dumas scored 41 seconds apart in overtime to lift Palm Springs (18-9, 7-3). Melissa Lake had three goals and two steals and Chatigny finished with two goals, two assists and two steals for the Indians.

GOLDEN WEST LEAGUE

Costa Mesa 8, Santa Ana 1
Sarah Bowman of Costa Mesa (6-0 in league) scored three goals and teammates Jessica Steenhard and Christine Twohig added two each against visiting Santa Ana.

Katya Eadington had four goals, five steals and two assists and Katlin Kubas had three goals, two steals and one assist to lead visiting No. 4 Corona del Mar (16-9, 4-0), which led, 6-2, at halftime.

Julia Fancher scored seven goals to help lift Bonita (6-0 in league).

Stephanie Heinrich had four goals to bring her total to 100 for the season and Daniella Beintema added three goals to lead Charter Oak (15-13, 4-2). Wilson is 2-4 in league.

PREP LEAGUE

Westridge 7, Chadwick 6 (OT)
Junior hole setter Emily Leedom-Hearst scored five goals, including the game-winner 1:11 into the first half of overtime, for host Westridge (9-3, 7-3). Leedom-Hearst leads the second-place Tigers with 36 goals, one short of . Marissa Esposito and Megan Crum each scored two goals for Chadwick (6-3 in league).

SEA VIEW LEAGUE

Foothill 18, Irvine 4
Senior Jillian Kraus had seven goals for Foothill (24-3, 4-1) in a Sea View League victory over visiting Irvine to end the regular season. Senior Roxanne Rovenger added three goals, and four other players had two each for Foothill. Kraus, who has scored 25 goals in the past seven games, including 15 in five games in the Irvine/Southern California Championships last weekend, leads the Knights with 95 goals this season.Grace Reynolds is second on the team with 63 goals and Kaitlin Prijatel and Noel Umphrey each have 21. Umphrey has six goals in the last seven games. Dana Parola and June Becktell each had two goals for Irvine.

Newport Harbor 6, Woodbridge 2
Jessica Ball had two goals, five steals and one assist and Anne Belden had five steals and one assist for host and No. 2 Newport Harbor (22-3, 5-0), which clinched the league title. Jacquelyn Gauthier and Angela Briggs each scored a goal for Woodbridge.

Jessica Lewis scored eight goals and Lauren Burke had seven saves in goal for host Los Alamitos (19-8, 5-0).

Whitney Shaw had five goals and Cindi Hilgenberg scored three for host El Dorado (12-10, 4-1), which won its first leaguechampionship. Brea is 9-13, 1-4.
