Oscar trivia quiz: In the Dec. 13 Envelope section, a question in an Oscar trivia quiz asked, “Which John Ford film did not win an Oscar?,” and the answer was given as “How Green Was My Valley.” The question should have read, “Which film did not win a best director Oscar for John Ford?” and the answer should have been “Stagecoach,” the 1939 movie starring John Wayne.
