Metallic balloon causes power outage in Pasadena
A metallic balloon is believed to have sparked a power outage Monday night across Pasadena, officials said.
The Pasadena Water and Power utility said on its Twitter account shortly before 8:45 p.m that electricity was expected to be restored within an hour.
The outage affected neighborhoods across the city. No other details were immediately available.
