Football: Verbum Dei grad Caylin Moore is Rhodes Scholar finalist
There aren’t many better role models than Caylin Moore, a former Verbum Dei football player who has displayed excellence in the classroom every step of the way.
Moore, a defensive back for TCU, found out this week that he’s a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship. Only 32 students from the United States are selected each year to receive the scholarship.
Moore has a 3.9 grade-point average as an economics major. He earned an academic scholarship to TCU.
