An explosion on Balboa Island at the former home of the late “The Beverly Hillbillies” actor Buddy Ebsen caused a fire about 10 a.m.
Actor Buddy Ebsen became an honorary citizen of Anaheim and Orange County at Wednesday’s Anaheim City Council meeting, and he jokingly declared that the certificate “will allow me to get parking tickets fixed in Orange County.”
