Pharrell Williams follows Rihanna as America’s Fashion Icon

Designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana were interviewed on CNN where they further defended comments attributed to them in an Italian magazine in which they said they believe in traditional families. Those comments, which opposed in vitro fertilization and same-sex parents, brought about a call from Elton John to boycott the fashion label Dolce & Gabbana. On CNN, the pair again said they were just expressing personal opinions and don’t oppose gay adoptions. But, said Gabbana, “Boycott Dolce & Gabbana for what? They don’t think like you? This is correct? This is not correct. We are in 2015. This is like medieval. It’s not correct.” [CNN]
