Golf: La Canada’s Collin Morikawa wins Champions’ Invitational
With top teams and top golfers competing, Collin Morikawa of La Canada ran away with the individual title in the Champions’ Invitational at The Golf Club at Terra Lago in Indio.
Players played 36 holes on Friday and 18 on Saturday, and Morikawa shot 197. The closest pursuer was Clay Feagler of Dana Hills at 211.
Servite won the team title.
