Ashton Kutcher ditches his bachelor pad in Hollywood Hills
Ashton Kutcher has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $9.925 million after quietly shopping it since spring at $12 million.
The glass-clad contemporary, built in 2006-07, has views of the Hollywood Reservoir and the Hollywood sign from its three stories.
A den, a gym, a sauna, a wine cellar, an elevator, five bedrooms and eight bathrooms are within the 9,385 square feet of living space, according to Multiple Listing Services data from 2012.
The more than half an acre hillside property has a swimming pool and spa.
Kutcher, 36, has starred on the sitcom “Two and a Half Men” since he replaced Charlie Sheen in 2011. Last year he played Apple Inc. co-founder Steve Jobs in the film “Jobs.” He also starred in “No Strings Attached” (2011), “What Happens in Vegas” (2008) and “Dude, Where’s My Car?” (2000).
The property previously sold in 2012 for $8.455 million, public records show.
Fiancee lists spare bedrooms
Kutcher fiancee Mila Kunis, meanwhile, has listed her home in Hollywood Hills West for $3.995 million.
The Mediterranean-style compound, built in 1958 but recently redone, sits on one-third of an acre on a cul-de-sac and has city and mountain views. High ceilings, an open floor plan and a state-of-the-art security system are among the interior features.
Dining, living and family rooms, an eight-seat home theater, a breakfast area with a breakfast bar, an office, five bedrooms and five bathrooms are within the 4,900 square feet of living space.
A cabana, an outdoor bar, a seating area, a deck and a swimming pool with a spa are in the backyard.
Kunis, 33, has been in such television series as “That ‘70s Show” (1998-2006) and the animated “Family Guy” (1999-present). She starred in the 2014 film “The Angriest Man in Brooklyn” and last year’s “Third Person.”
She bought the property in 2008 for $2.885 million.
Multiple media outlets have reported that Kunis, who is pregnant, and Kutcher are settling in Beverly Hills.

‘Loser’ trainer makes a gain
Personal trainer Jillian Michaels has sold a Hollywood Hills West house she bought at $1.565 million six years ago for $2.075 million.
The boxy contemporary home, built in 2000 and reworked by Michaels, is ultra-chic with an open floor plan, walls of glass, an office, three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. A multiple-camera surveillance system secures the property.
There’s a pool but no gym: Michaels must not be one to bring her work home.
Michaels, 40, has starred in “The Biggest Loser” and “Losing It With Jillian.” She has worked on fitness-related DVDs, books and video games and recently launched a line of workout clothes.

NBC honcho closes the books
A Pacific Palisades home once owned by NBC Broadcasting Chairman Ted Harbert and his ex-wife, Susan, found a buyer recently for $13.275 million.
The East Coast-looking traditional was aptly described in the listing as “understated” and “elegant.” Inlaid wood floors, crown molding and built-in cabinetry add to the executive vibe.
Built in 1998, the house and guesthouse sit on two acres of park-like grounds with a swimming pool and a sports court. The 9,392 square feet of living space includes a center hall, dining and family rooms, a media room, an office, a gym, a wine cellar, five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Ted Harbert, 59, remarried in 2011. Property records indicate that, after a deed transfer last year, Susan Harbert was the seller.
He has also put on the market a penthouse condo in Marina del Rey from his days with Chelsea Handler, who also appears in the ownership record in 2009. Handler hosts the talk show “Chelsea Lately,” which will end its seven-year run this month.
The designer-decorated, ocean-view unit includes a 100-gallon fish tank in the foyer, three bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,319 square feet of living space. It is listed at $3.699 million.

Decked out in Malibu
Michael Manheim and Janus Cercone have sold a newly built home in Malibu for $10 million.
Called the Stone House, the contemporary beach home sits along 50 feet of sand. The fifth-of-an-acre site, on a private road, features Pinot Noir grapevines, a walled courtyard with a fountain, a waterfront deck with a fire pit, an outdoor audio system and parking for five cars.
Interior spaces include a great room, living and dining areas, a media room, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master suite, with a deck, ocean-view bathtub and a steam room, occupies the second level of the home.
Manheim has produced such films as “Roe vs. Wade” (1989), “Leap of Faith” (1992) and “Dirty Pictures” (2000). Cercone wrote the screenplay for “Leap of Faith,” which went on to become a Broadway musical.
They bought the property two years ago for $5.6 million and built the house through their company, Jaman Properties, which has sold homes to celebrities such as actress Fran Drescher, “The Simpsons” creator Matt Groening and late-night TV show host Conan O’Brien.
