Chris Hemsworth, Elsa Pataky buy Malibu home from Paul Hogan, Linda Kozlowski

Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky have purchased a Malibu estate from actors Paul Hogan and Linda Kozlowski for $4.8 million, The Times has confirmed.

The remodeled home, built in 1992 and set on an acre, has ocean views, vaulted ceilings and a library. There are five bedrooms, six bathrooms and more than 6,000 square feet of living space within the main house and guesthouse.

The Victorian exteriors belie the contemporary interiors, according to Real Estalker, which first reported the transaction.

Hemsworth, 30, stars in the new movie "Rush." He has starred in such films as "Thor" (2011), "The Cabin in the Woods" (2012) and "Snow White and Huntsman" (2012) and is the brother of actor Liam Hemsworth. Liam Hemsworth recently broke off his engagement to singer Miley Cyrus, whose recent twerking performance drew widespread media attention.

Pataky, 37, was in this year's "Fast & Furious 6" as well as "Fast Five" (2011).

Hogan, who turns 74 on Oct. 8, and Kozlowski, 55, are best known for the "Crocodile Dundee" films.

They bought the property last year for $3.8 million.

Eytan Levin of the Levin Group was the listing agent. Benjamin Bacal and Ryan Davis of Sotheby's International Realty represented the buyers.
