Fashion designer Donna Karan has put a seven-acre beachfront property on Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos Islands up for sale at $39 million.
Part of 10 acres she owns at the Caribbean location, the island estate called the Sanctuary fronts the white-sand beach and ocean. Two villas surrounded by lush vegetation make up the compound.
Each four-bedroom house features a second-floor ocean-view master suite and an infinity-edge pool. Cedar and coral stone walls, teak furniture and artwork from far-flung locales in Africa and Bali are among interior details.
A screened-in guest pavilion with outdoor wood terraces creates a centerpiece and gathering place on the property. There's an adjacent third swimming pool, a kitchen pavilion, a yoga pavilion, staff quarters and storage pavilions.

Rick Moeser of Christie's International Real Estate and Katherine Baryluk of Regency, an affiliated office, are the listing agents.
