Harry Styles chops half a million off his asking price in Hollywood Hills West
If at first you don’t succeed, cut half a million off the price tag and try again.
Harry Styles of One Direction fame is following that advice in Hollywood Hills West. The singer-songwriter has relisted his contemporary-style home above the Sunset Strip for $7.995 million, down from $8.495 million a year ago.
Clean lines and walls of glass highlight the three-story home, which sits behind gates on a quarter-acre lot. The 4,401-square-foot floor plan holds a living room, a dining area, a center-island kitchen, a gym and a theater room.
Two spacious decks, one spanning the main floor and one branching off the master suite, overlook the city below. In total, there are four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The lot also holds a pool and spa next to a covered lounge area. Bamboo landscaping makes the space private.
Public records show the pop star grabbed the home on a hill for $6.87 million in 2016.

The 24-year-old released his debut solo album, “Harry Styles,” last May after a successful run with the five-piece boy band One Direction.
Styles has a knack for signing on to the right projects; his acting debut came in Christopher Nolan’s Oscar-nominated film “Dunkirk.”
