Actress-singer Jayma Mays and her husband, actor Adam Campbell, have listed their home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for sale at $2.795 million.

The two-story home, originally built in 1925 and expanded through the years, received a modern makeover by New York-based Jacobschang Architecture during the couple’s ownership.

The result was a complete interior renovation and an addition that included a new second-story master suite. A bridge-like walkway connects the master suite to the main house while providing access to a rooftop deck. The outdoor living space was doubled through new balconies, private decks and a courtyard.

The main floor is largely devoted to open-plan space and includes a sunlit living room, a chef’s kitchen with a long center island, and a dining and family room area. There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms plus an office/media room.

Fleetwood sliding doors open to a patio anchored by a mature avocado tree. A saltwater swimming pool, a lounge area and planters fill the fenced and bamboo-hedged backyard.

Mays, 38, is known for her television roles on “Glee,” “Ugly Betty” and “The Millers.” She currently appears on the sitcom “Trial & Error” and has a voice role on the animated series “The Adventures of Puss in Boots.”

Last year, she had a part in the biographical crime film “American Made” starring Tom Cruise.

Campbell, 37, has a main role on the sitcom “Great News,” which in January wrapped up its second season. His film credits include “Epic Movie” (2016) and “Wolves at the Door” (2016).
