Veteran actor Vince Vaughn is poised to give up his role as landlord in Hollywood Hills West. He’s put an income property in the area back up for sale at $2.495 million.
Built in 1955, the Traditional-style house was previously leased out for $12,500 a month, records show. Vaughn bought the property from actress Kate Bosworth four years ago for $2.375 million.
The split-level house was updated during Bosworth’s ownership and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and nearly 2,900 square feet of living space. Sets of French doors open to a large terrace patio for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining.
Other features include a chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar and a private balcony off the master suite. A reading nook with a wall of built-ins sits next to the staircase landing.
Outside, bamboo hedges provide shade for a lap swimming pool in the side yard. The gated house sits on more than half an acre with canyon and tree-top views.
Karen Lower of Compass holds the listing.
Vaughn, 47, has starred in such films as “Delivery Man” (2013), “Old School” (2003) and “Swingers” (1996). Last year he appeared in the film “Brawl in Cell Block 99.”
He is an executive producer of the shows “F Is for Family” and “Fear(Less) with Tim Ferriss.”
