Composer-music producer Michael Baiardi and wife, Heather, have bought a house in Encino for $2.4 million.
The traditional Cape Cod-inspired home was built in the 1950s and recently remolded. The half-acre of gated grounds include a main house, swimming pool, a spa, two cabanas, a circular driveway and a basketball court. There are six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a den, a gym and more than 5,100 square feet of living space.
Baiardi, 40, has composed music for films and TV shows that include “The Avengers,” “Magic Mike,” “The Taking of Pelham 123” and “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
The couple also has a home in the Benedict Canyon area.
Craig Knizek of the Agency was the listing agent. Brian Joy of California Prudential Beverly Hills represented the buyer.
