Nicole Sullivan of the series “Wendell and Vinnie” and her husband, actor Jason Packham, have listed their house in Hollywood Hills at $1.699 million.

Set on about three-quarters of an acre, the French country-style estate includes a remodeled main house from the 1920s, chauffeur’s quarters, a guesthouse and a swimming pool with a covered dining patio. There are five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sauna and 3,444 square feet of living space.

Inside the main house, the updated kitchen opens to a window-side breakfast room. Alas, the fireplace is only decorative.

Among her scores of credits, Sullivan has done voice work on “Family Guy” since 2000 and starred on “Rita Rocks” (2008-09).

The 44-year-old comic actress will be in the 2015 animated film “The Penguins of Madagascar.” She was in “The King of Queens,” as was Packham.

Boni Bryant and Joe Reichling of Sotheby’s International Realty are the listing agents.
