Actor and comic Stephen Rannazzisi and his wife, Tracy, have landed in Altadena.

They purchased a 1920s Mediterranean-style home for $1.775 million.

Inside the arched front door is a foyer that opens to a living/dining area with high ceilings and a distressed wood floor. The kitchen/family room is updated with stainless-steel appliances and marble countertops. Also within the 3,300 square feet of living space are four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

An expansive deck for dining or lounging overlooks an infinity-edge swimming pool. There’s an outdoor kitchen and fireplace.

Rannazzisi, 36, starred on the series “Daddy Knows Best” (2012-13), which he also created, and was in “Paul Blart: Mall Cop.” The stand-up comedian was a regular on “The League” (2009-14). He will guest star on an episode of the upcoming season of “New Girl.”
