Bruce Willis seeks action on his Beverly Hills estate

Actor Bruce Willis has entered the fray in the Westside’s action-packed housing market, listing his Beverly Hills mansion at $22 million.

The walled and gated estate includes a 1928 Spanish-style house with a porte-cochere, a swimming pool surrounded by a wide wooden deck and a tennis court on the acre of landscaped grounds. There are beamed ceilings, glass doors, a screening room, several fireplaces, an inner courtyard with a fountain, 11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and 10,379 square feet of living space.

Willis, 58, is known for the “Die Hard” film series. His scores of credits include starring roles in “Pulp Fiction” (1994), “The Fifth Element” (1997) and “The Sixth Sense” (1999). “Red 2,” in which he stars, is due out in July.

He bought the property in 2004 for $9 million.

On the prowl for a buyer

“Cougar Town” star Christa Miller and her husband, show co-creator Bill Lawrence, have put their gated home in Brentwood back up for sale at $10.995 million.

The two-story New England farmhouse-inspired residence features coffered ceilings, French doors, four fireplaces, an office, a gym, six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and 9,552 square feet of living space. The more than three-quarters of an acre of grounds include an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool.

Miller, 48, appeared on “The Drew Carey Show” and “Scrubs,” which her husband created. Lawrence, 44, also co-created “Spin City.”

The couple bought the property in 2008 for $12.6 million; they listed it in 2010 at $12.25 million and again in 2011 at $10.95 million.

Singer-television personality Jessica Simpson, who bought a Hidden Hills estate from Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne this year, has put her home in the 90210 ZIP Code up for sale at $7.995 million.

The Hamptons-inspired traditional was built in 1991 and recently renovated. Features include high ceilings, a commercial-grade kitchen, a media room, an office/library, a gym, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 5,500 square feet of living space. There is a stone courtyard with a koi pond and a swimming pool.

Simpson, who launched numerous beauty and accessory lines, has a net worth estimated at $100 million. The 32-year-old starred in the films “Major Movie Star” (2008), “Blonde Ambition” (2007) and “The Dukes of Hazzard” (2005).

She bought the property in 2005 for $5.275 million. Simpson paid $11.5 million for the Osbourne home.

Singer scores a sale

Singer-songwriter Robbie Williams has sold his home, guesthouses and soccer field in Sherman Oaks for $3,278,355.

The gated main home, built in 1947 and recently remodeled, features high ceilings, wood floors, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. A two-bedroom guesthouse sits off a swimming pool. Another guesthouse is near the soccer field. The grounds total about an acre.

Williams, 39, is a solo artist and a member of the band Take That. With a strong following in Britain and Latin America, he has sold some 70 million records around the world.

The pop singer bought the property in 2005 for $3.7 million, public records show.

The Multiple Listing Service considers this 90210 neighborhood to be the Beverly Hills Post Office area. The Times’ Mapping L.A. database identifies the community as Sherman Oaks.

Tattoo star hopes to ink a deal

Tattoo artist Kat Von D has listed her castle-like house in the Hollywood Hills for $2.5 million.

Built in 1927, the gated Spanish-style compound includes a guesthouse. Featuring Gothic-style interiors, the home has a turret entry with an arched door, decorative wrought-iron stair rails, original tile, high ceilings, a retractable projection screen in the living room, four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 4,148 square feet of living space. A series of arches open the second floor halls to the landing below. There is an outdoor barbecue area, a fire pit and a spa.

Katherine von Drachenberg, 31, played herself on the documentary series “LA Ink” from 2007-11, following a stint on “Miami Ink.”

Veteran actress Diane Ladd has put her gated compound in Ojai up for sale at $4.45 million.

The main house, built in 1986, features a wraparound porch, four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 4,314 square feet of living space. There is a separate guesthouse, offices, hobby room and three-car garage. The 2.38-acre site includes mature trees, stone walkways, a meditation garden, yoga pavilion, tennis court, swimming pool and greenhouse.

Ladd, 80, has scores of film and television credits. She was nominated for Oscars for her supporting roles in “Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore” (1974), “Wild at Heart” (1990) and “Rambling Rose” (1991). For the last two years she has starred on the show “Enlightened.”
