Before Eubanks, 74, got his start as a disc jockey and a concert producer before gaining wide recognition in the mid-60s as the host of "The Newlywed Game." He received an Emmy for lifetime achievement in 2005.
Public records show the property was purchased in 2006 for $2.66 million. The house was listed for sale two years ago at $2.595 million. It was being marketed as a short sale.
