Actor Ryan Reynolds has put his house in Los Feliz on the market at $3.65 million.

He and his then-wife, actress Scarlett Johannson, bought the property in 2010 for $2.9 million. The price of roughly $1,000 a square foot was considered high for the area at the time, according to local real estate agents.

Built in 1969, the Buff & Hensman-designed Wong House has walls of glass that capture views of downtown Los Angeles and the ocean. The house has been restored and upgraded during Reynolds’ ownership to include solar power. There are two bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,835 square feet of living space. The master suite opens to a walled garden. Two rooms originally used as bedrooms were converted to a library and an office. The nearly half-acre site features a lawn, deck and saltwater swimming pool.

Reynolds, 35, and Johansson, 27, were divorced last year after three years of marriage.

He starred last year in “Green Lantern” and “The Change-Up.” He stars with Denzel Washington in “Safe House,” set for February release.
