There is a three-car garage.
Simmons, 56, who played hard-boiled editor J. Jonah Jameson in the
movies, will reprise the role in the upcoming "Ultimate
" television series. He costarred as an assistant police chief on "The Closer" (2005-11) and was a police psychiatrist on "Law & Order" (1997-2004).
The property had been bought in 2003 for $1.45 million.
