Norm Zada’s Beverly Park home for sale for $24.5 million

Share

Norm Zada, publisher of Perfect 10 magazine, understands the concept of drooling over beautiful objects. No, not the magazine -- his house in Beverly Park, which just came on the market at $24.5 million.

A Richard Landry-designed minimalist project, the house occupies the largest and highest perched lot of the exclusive guard-gated community. The free-flowing 20,000-square-foot home includes a 5,000-square-foot guesthouse, linked to the main house by a glass and stainless steel-columned bridge. There are multistory walls of glass, allowing views of the Santa Monica Mountains and city. The 6.89-acre estate has 10 bedrooms plus a maid’s room; 18 bathrooms; a grand dining room; large gym and an entertaining/great room. There are gallery-size walls throughout. Outdoor amenities include landscaped grounds, a pool pavilion with reflecting ponds, a pool, waterfall, spa and paddle tennis court.

The home is featured on the Landry Design Group’s website at Landrydesigngroup.com.

Zada is the founder and publisher of Perfect 10, an adult magazine that competes with Playboy and Penthouse but says its featured models are all naturally endowed.

Brian Adler of Westside Estate Agency, Beverly Hills, is the listing agent.
