There are so many great TV shows out there, but we usually don't have enough time to watch them all. Since it's summer and the prime time overload has calmed a bit, we compiled a list of 12 worthwhile shows that you catch up on before they return in the fall.

NBC's 'Parenthood'( June 6, 2012 )
"Parenthood" isn't like any other family drama with ridiculous scenarios and unrealistic family problems. It's real. The characters are relatable and the writing is honest. With that being said, the show can make you laugh and cry but particularly make you appreciate your family. The first two seasons are available on DVD or Netflix instant. The third season is on iTunes and Hulu.
Tuesdays at 10p.m. on NBC, Season 4 premieres this Fall. |
