ABC's "Marvel's Agent Carter" is off to a decent start in TV ratings.

The premiere, which aired from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., drew in 6.9-million viewers and a 1.9 rating in the key 18-to-49-year-old demographic, according to Nielsen.

The show, set in 1946, is the latest small-screen venture from comic book entertainment powerhouse Marvel. Hayley Atwell reprises her role as spy Peggy Carter from the "Captain America" films.
