Emmys 2013: Complete list of winners and nominees

HBO’s political satire “Veep” took home a good portion of the cake in the comedy genre with Julia Louis-Dreyfus winning the Emmy for lead actress in a comedy and Tony Hale going home with supporting actor in a comedy. Ultimately, though, “Modern Family” won for comedy series.

HBO’s “Behind the Candelabra” won for miniseries or movie, and star Michael Douglas went home with the Emmy for lead actor in a miniseries of movie, dedicating half of his Emmy to costar Matt Damon.

Meanwhile, AMC’s “Breaking Bad” won for drama series but didn’t fare as well as fans had hoped for in other categories. Jeff Daniels of HBO’s “The Newsroom” won for lead actor in a drama series. Claire Danes of Showtime’s “Homeland” won for lead actress in a drama series. The full list follows:
