"The surgery went well and she is expected to make a complete recovery following a significant recuperation period," the reality-TV stars's rep told E! News.

Grammer, who left the "Real Housewives" franchise earlier this year, was previously married to "Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer, with whom she had two children via surrogate. She said she amicably parted ways with the 'Real Housewives" stars, who include Adrienne Maloof, Lisa Vanderpump, Taylor Armstrong.
"Some ridiculous stories on the web lately about #RHOBH. To set the record straight. I have truly enjoyed my time w/ show and the ladies:)," Grammer tweeted in March.
The series, which wrapped its third season last April, has since cast Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia for Season 4.
