‘Theory of Everything’ star Eddie Redmayne marries Hannah Bagshawe
Eddie Redmayne has another reason to smile: The actor is now a married man.
“The Theory of Everything” star wed actress Hannah Bagshawe on Monday, his representative confirmed to the Los Angeles Times.
“We are happy to confirm that Hannah Bagshawe and Eddie Redmayne married today,” the rep said. “They celebrated with a small number of close family and friends.”
The “Les Miserables” alum, 32, who plays acclaimed physicist Stephen Hawking in the new romantic biopic, said “I do” during a candlelit ceremony at Babington House, well west of London in England’s Somerset County, Us Weekly reported.
The stage veteran had proposed to Bagshawe over Memorial Day weekend after dating for more than two years.
They made their red carpet debut at the London premiere of “Les Miserables” in December 2012.
Redmayne is coming off a whirlwind week of awards acclaim thanks to the biopic’s four Golden Globe nominations and three SAG Award nominations, which include acting nods for the English actor in each race.
