Marriage is finally over for David Duchovny and Tea Leoni.

The “Californication” star and “Deep Impact” actress have divorced, according to several reports.

Duchovny, 54, is said to have filed for divorce back in June, and the New Yorkers settled the terms of the split themselves, TMZ reported.

He cited an “irretrievable breakdown of the relationship,” the site said.

The pair got hitched in 1997, then split in 2008. During their brief hiatus, Duchovny was treated for sex addiction, reported People (which also confirmed the divorce with its own source). The couple reunited after months apart, but split again in 2011.

The Golden Globe-winning “X-Files” alum and Leoni, 48, have two children together -- Kyd Miller, 12, and Madelaine West, 15 --and will share legal custody. Leoni will have primary physical custody of the kids.

Duchovny, whose Showtime series ended its seven-season run in late June, will reportedly shell out $40,000 monthly in spousal support and $8,333 a month in child support, among other expenses for their kids.

The actor’s manager declined to comment on the reports, and Leoni’s representative did not immediately respond to The Times’ requests for comment.
